A catchy slogan often adopts a figure of speech that makes it easier to say, alludes to a concept beyond simple description and/or makes it more memorable. Some figures of speach that make for a catchy slogan are:
Alliteration - Same letter at the beginning of each word

Metaphor - A resemblance of concept
