Two of the Same
You stare inside of me rather than at me,
Looking back through my eyes do you see what I see?
You stand there as if all is fine,
Robbing me of the thoughts that are mine.
How much deeper will you dig to find,
All that occupies my mind?
How strange it’s the same for me about you,
What do we do,
To help us more,
With what were looking for?
Each of us thinks we’ve got it all figured out,
But were only beginning to learn what were about.
Some say I’m strange,
Some say deranged.
Play along with my game,
And you’ll quickly see were two of the same.
**To Weaver, the oddest yet most interesting relationship I’ve had in life.
